A Class Driving School

A Class Driving School in Adelaide is located in the South Western Suburbs of Adelaide and provides the Vort for people need to do a Vort in the Kadina area.

The closest hub for you to undertake your Vort is at Kadina Forster Street just around the corner from Service SA.

Please note you will need to contact A Class Driving School to ask when I will be available in Kadina. 


Driving Lessons prior to undertaking a Vort

Prior to taking the Vort A Class Driving School recommends driving lessons to prepare you for the test.

Please note I conduct the test, and don’t provide lessons.



Your Driving Test

Once you have meet me at the hub I will identify myself and show you my identification.  I will then need to site your permit. if you don’t have your permit with you, I will not be permitted to go ahead with your Vort.

The vehicle that will be used must be roadworthy and I will check the vehicle prior to starting your Vort.

If the vehicle is NOT be roadworthy then the vehicle is not to be used for the Vort.


Roadworthy Vehicle

If you are going to use your own vehicle, prior to meeting your Examiner at the hub it is advisable to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.  after I have completed the roadworthy check I will explain the Vort to you.

General Drive


The general drive component of your Vort will test your driving skills e.g. changing lanes, turning on and from busy roads, turning at traffic lights, negotiating roundabouts, stop and give-way signs, your interaction with other road users and the system of car control.

To pass a Vort you must demonstrate 5 slow speed maneuvers and in combination with the general drive score a pass mark of 90% or more and not breach and road law during the drive.

 Choosing a VORT offers you the following options:

  • Before 7:30am or after 6:30pm from 1 September to 31 March.
  • Before 730am or after 4:15pm from 1 April to 31 March.
  • Not Before 10:00am on Public Holidays or Sundays.
  • Christmas Day and Good Friday NO testing permitted.


If you hold a temporary permit and you fail you will be put on a learners permit.
