I have just got my Learners permit I am all excited and I just want to hit the road and drive my parents car. If you are under the age of 25

you will be on your Learners Permit for 12 months. The main purpose of having a 12 month period is to prepare yourself properly for the

road so that you are taught all the right road skills before you eventually are permitted to drive alone.

A person who receives a fee or any other reward (payment) for teaching you to drive must hold the appropriate Motor Driving Instructor’s licence.

You will need to decide if you will be doing CBT&A or the Vort, if you have never driven before the best advise we can give you is CBT&A.

the Driving Instructor who teaches you can do your Training and your final Assessment at the completion of your logbook. Having the same

Instructor all the way through gives you that piece of mind.

Certificate if your son or daughter is a minor. Doing Logbook will take time, you will need practice in Between your driving lessons, and if

you are a parent ask if you can sit in the back and watch the lessons.
